At Suter, we design everything so that it’s as simple as possible for everyone involved. This starts with our online project planner, which can be used to easily calculate the necessary energy requirements and the ideal device configuration for every application and situation. And it continues with sales partners who understand their business and can offer our customers a perfect all-round service – from system design, installation and operation to dismantling. And we have developed the Workspace platform for efficient order processing. It automates processes, makes them more efficient and creates cost transparency for end customers.

PelletsWe are fully committed to renewable energy.
Wood pellets are the ideal energy source for mobile applications. The high energy density of the renewable raw product saves on transport – and its reliability in tough everyday mobile use is unrivalled. The advantages over conventional oil heating systems are self-evident:
- Climate-neutral energy source
- Cost efficiency thanks to competitive fuel prices
- The pellets used come from regional production and sustainable forestry:
DIN EN 17225-2, Kl. A1. - Pellet combustion is characterised by reduced sulphur dioxide emissions compared to alternative wood and fossil fuels.
- The heaters are equipped with special filters against fine dust and the appropriate measuring devices.
- Sustainable ash disposal in accordance with government guidelines is important to us.

For a heating system to achieve maximum efficiency, many individual components must be optimised and correctly matched to each other – one reason why we build and continuously develop our heating systems ourselves. Intelligent control elements regulate the air flow, water flow and fuel supply optimally so that only the minimum amount of energy is used. This is what makes our heaters so good that they now proudly carry the EU energy label A+ (comparison by the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz: “Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/1187”, test date 31 October 2022 to 8 November 2022)
